JOB STATEMENT
The successful candidate will be a dedicated, resourceful and self-directed individual with a can do attitude. This role is responsible for delivering optimal logistical solutions for Kelron clients by organizing the movement of freight in the most cost effective and reliable manner possible.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide and support all service requirements and needs of all assigned Kelron Clients by meeting and exceeding their expectations and Kelron's Performance Levels.
2. Negotiate pricing and problem solves vendor specific issues.
3. Track, record and follow up on detailed information regarding vendor capabilities and customer requirements.
4. Collaborate and offers assistance to other team members in delivering optimal transportation service solutions.
5. Resolve any service failures and communicates them with the Team Supervisor.
6. Set up and confirm all Kelron carriers have the necessary documentation to move loads for Kelron (insurance, running authorities, and ICC permits, WCB).
7. Research pricing for new and existing clients.
Additional duties as assigned by Operations and General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary education related to the transportation industry is considered an asset (minimum high school education, College/Univsity degree/diploma preferred)
- 3+ years experience
- Negotiation training is considered an asset for this postion
